Having a rich tradition in harvesting fruits and vegetables grown on the European continent and an industrial experience in the livestock sector, the Republic of Moldova has managed to adopt good agricultural practices - based on innovation, environmental protection and efficient soil management - earlier than other countries in the region.
Moldovan farmers use the advanced methods offered by organic farming and are able to ensure large harvests of organic products, for which the demand on the international markets has increased.

Moldovan products are thoroughly controled at any stage of production and meet all phytosanitary requirements. They have conformity and quality certificates ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, necessary for the export procedure. This is one of the reasons why Moldovan products have access to the vast market of the European Union and to the countries of Central Asia and the Middle East.
